Main Hall

 

The main Hall is spacious and is suitable for a variety of activities. There is a sprung natural timber floor, great for dancing and exercise classes. A high quality audio visual and hearing-loop system, full double glazing, and an eco-friendly air pump heating system combined with solar panels are all recent upgrades. The Hall has a maximum capacity of 80/100.

Kitchen

 

Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezers, microwave, kettles and tea urn. Capable of catering for parties/teas for 80/100. A Bar can also be provided by prior arrangement at time of booking.

Other rooms

 

Several smaller ante rooms and offices are adjacent to the entrance foyer which also includes the Community Book Shelves.

Other facilities

 

Ladies/Gents and disabled toilets.

Free fast WiFi.

Car Parking to the side and rear of the building for up to 20 vehicles.

Booking the hall

The Hall is hired on an hourly basis from £10 per hour.
This gives the Hirer the use of the whole Hall, including the use of the kitchen, and use of the kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, cutlery, etc.

The Village Hall can provide a licenced bar for events: at least three weeks notice must be given before the event date if a bar is required. The cost of the Alcohol Licence will be charged to the hirer in addition to the hourly charge. Please discuss any requirement for a bar with the Booking Secretary.

Payment details are included on the invoice which will be raised in the first week of the month following the booking. A postal address is required for the invoice to be sent.
